ZARA STORE
Zara is a Spanish fashion chain from Arteijo (La Coruña), Spain. Belonging to the Inditex group, it was founded by Amancio Ortega and Rosalía Mera. It is the flagship chain of the Inditex textile group and has more than 7,000 stores throughout the world.
Zara obtained the first position in the ranking of the Best
Spanish Brands 2017, published by the global brand strategic consultancy
Interbrand. Zara was recognized as the most valuable brand in Spain, above
Movistar and Banco Santander. For yet another year, according to the 'Best
Spanish Brands 2019' ranking, Zara continues to be the most valuable brand in
Spain.
In 1975, Amancio Ortega, founder of Inditex, opened the first
Zara store in La Coruña, Spain. Near the factories located in the nearby town
of Arteijo (La Coruña) Spain, where he sold women's, men's and children's
clothing. Ortega first named his store Zorba after seeing the classic movie
Zorba el Griego, but after learning that there was a bar with the same name two
streets down they rearranged the cast letters so that the sign said
"Zara."
The first store featured products similar to high-end and
popular fashion products but at a low price. This was an unexpected success and
Zara began to expand throughout Spain. Amancio Ortega changed the entire
clothing manufacturing chain: the design, manufacturing and distribution
process to reduce delivery times and thus be able to react to new trends more
quickly. This is what we now call “instant fashion”, a concept that involved
changing Zara's collections every week instead of every three months (as other
retailers usually did), which in turn made the variety of pieces were
practically infinite and invited consumers to purchase much more in a short
period of time. Improvements also included the use of information technology
and the use of groups of designers rather than individuals.
As of August 11, 2017, Zara had 2,232 stores in the world,
distributed in 88 markets on five continents. By number of stores, the first
country is Spain, where there are 449 stores.12 This fashion brand together
with the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, established in October 2014
agreements for a faster, cheaper and more effective expansion to the interior
from Mainland China. 1516

Pull & Bear is a fashion firm of the Inditex group -the second to be created after Zara- focused on the youth public and that, like other brands in the group, was born with the premise of making fashion accessible to the general public. His name (pull and carry in English), sought to be two-syllable and easy to remember internationally.
Pull & Bear emerged in 1991, when Inditex decided to
incorporate into its group a chain that offered men's fashion at competitive
prices. The first of its stores opened its doors in the Madrid neighborhood of

EXPERIENCE
SHOPPING IN ONE OF THESE STORES.
On December 29, 2021, I went to buy my respective clothes for
the end of the year, which, like every year, will be spent with my family, the
store was in the San Marino shopping center, but since they were times of
pandemic, We had to queue to enter, since they were respecting the 50% capacity
at that time. There were many discounts in the store, a variety of clothes,
shirts, pants, busos, coats, shoes, etc. An employee of the store approaches to
give me attention, and asks him for something new that had come to the store,
he takes me to the urban clothing part, and shows me a very beautiful bus, the
truth is, do not hesitate to ask him for the price, He first told me $ 50, he
did not think to buy it, but he indicated that since they were on promotion on
these Christmas shopping dates, there was a 20% discount on said clothes, so I
bought it without thinking, the attention was super good, and respecting the
distance by the covid.
Here I attach a video similar to my experience shopping at the Local Pull and bear
VOCABULARY
Respect and education.
The two very common factors that most of us who go to buy
clothes or acquire a service commit, we always lack respect and education,
since by being in a hurry or rushing the attention to the employee where they
work, you leave us badly as a person, always There has to be respect, say
hello, ask please and thank at the end in each public or private establishment
where we go.
